Edit the CSV File: Open the CSV file in a spreadsheet editor like Google Sheets or Excel. You can edit the metadata for your posts here. Once you’ve made the necessary changes, save the file as a CSV.

Import the CSV File: After editing, go back to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Import & Export and navigate to the Import CSV tab. Click on Choose File to select your edited CSV file.
- If you are only adding new data and do not want to overwrite existing metadata, make sure to check the Do not overwrite existing data option.
- Finally, click on Import to upload your metadata.

I have the file already and I don’t need all the data that are mentioned in the CSV file. I mean that If I download the CSV file that is mentioned above, I would need to match its data with mine I assume. What do you think?

Yes, you can choose to modify only those fields.
The best way to use the CSV import/export feature without errors is to first export the metadata, make your modifications, and then import it back. This way you will not be burdened with following the right table format.
