It seems that your robots.txt file is not writable. Could you please head to your root directory and change the following value in the WP_CONFIG file and ensure that this value is set:
From
define ('DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', true);
To
define ('DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', false);
