Our plugin is compatible with both JetEngine and ACF so it should be able to read the data from the custom fields. Please make sure that you have enabled the ACF module in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard for the sites where you are using ACF.
For the issue with the JetEngine, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It seems like you are using the Easy Mode of Rank Math. Some options are only available in the Advanced Mode. Please follow this guide to switch to the Advanced Mode: https://rankmath.com/kb/switch-from-easy-to-advanced-mode/
Once done, you should be able to see the ACF module.

The SEO compatibility was not enabled in JetEngine settings. I have enabled it from WP Dashboard > JetEngine > SEO and now the content in the fields are being detected by our plugin. And for the meta description in the meta box, you will have to add the Editor support to your CPT. Otherwise, the preview in the meta box will not show the SEO description, however, it will still be added in the frontend.
