The case in question:
How does one add CPT as a brand? I have already set up the integration from Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce > Brand.To detect my custom taxonomy but it doesn’t detect the brand at all. Is there something else i should do?

I have checked a couple of products on your site and the Brandit taxonomy does not have a selected term. Once the term is selected the Brand value is populated on the product as shown below:

I have checked the following product https://aitolo.fi/ravinto/kuivahedelmat-ja-marjat/tyrnirouhe-80g/ and the brand value is picked up from the taxonomy as expected as you can see here:
