Please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. Clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap (your-domin.com/sitemap_index.xml).
Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if the issue is fixed.
+Note – I’m using W3 total cache for caching. When I log out from WordPress (Cached) the appearance of the rank math sitemap changing to a simple text, all the blue color graphics go away
After following the above-mentioned first 2 steps, please re-check if this issue persists.

Thank you very much Prabhat Rai for the quick reply. I excluded the sitemap from W3 total cache. now the site maps looks original as it is. And I found this comment at the end of the sitemap. I think it may saying that I did it correctly.
Page Caching using disk: enhanced (Requested URI is rejected)
Minified using disk (Request URI is rejected)
Then I resubmitted the sitemap to google. Requested to index my post again. I’ll write you again after google crawl it for me and if I got any Coverage issues from Google search console again. And also the validation processes is on going for my post URL. After recrawling I think it will also be fixed.

Google search control coverage issues successfully fixed on my website.
Google has validated my fix of Coverage issues on my website. The specific issue validated was ‘Submitted URL not found (404)’.
And now my fixed URL is indexed on the google search. And thank you very much for helping me to sort out this issue and making the workflow simple and easy.
