Hello,
It looks like you are serving a cached version of your sitemap to Google and your visitors.
You must add all the sitemap file locations to the exclusion list in your Cache plugin so that the sitemaps are never cached. These are the files you must add to the exclusion list:
sitemap_index.xml
post-sitemap.xml
page-sitemap.xml
category-sitemap.xml
product-sitemap.xml
This is required since Sitemaps are already cached internally by Rank Math and we flush them every time you post something new and with our cache – you won’t see the issue you are seeing in Google.
After excluding your sitemap URLs and purging your cache, you can remove and resubmit your main sitemap only on GSC.

i have tried to exclude them, purge and give sometimes, add it to GSC still couldn’t fetch.
i deactivate the cache plugin and gfive sometimes, i add it to GSC and no hope, still getting couldn’t fetch.
i have also tried to creat a new post, then give some time and submit it again to GSC, with no hope.
please tell me if you have another solution.

i fixed it as the following:
i went to wp-contect / upload then to rank math and got the generated site map,
i download it and chnage the name to sitemap.xml and add it to the root of my site where it shows the link without index.php.
GSC read it and its success, what do you think about that fix ?
i think its good, as the site wont have any change.
please tell me if there is a better fix

It is a nice workaround but I don’t think you should use it since you would need your sitemap to be updated automatically, which is not with that trick.
