    Hi,

    Account no:

    I tried to upgrade to pro version, using Google Pay and credit card options. In both cases i received an error saying “we couldn’t complete your order. Please contact support.

    My host is Bluehost.

    1. Select Your Current Location: Ensure that the country displayed in the dropdown menu at the top-right corner of the checkout page is correct. If it shows a different country, please select the correct one.
      Change country in Fastspring

    2. Turn Off Your VPN or Proxy: If you have a VPN or proxy server enabled, please turn it off as it may interfere with the payment process.
      Some browsers have in-built VPNs

    3. Disable Ad Blockers: Make sure to disable any ad blockers that might be affecting the transaction.
      Turn off your ad blocker

    If you have checked all of these and are still experiencing issues, please reply to this ticket with any error messages you received or a screencast of the issue, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    Payments in USD $
    Supports subscription-based payments
    You are not using a prepaid card
    International payments are turned on
    Your IP is not a Proxy, or you are using any VPN or hosting service

    Also make sure that the flag during checkout is showing the correct country at the top right corner.

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.

    You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.

    Hi, I have international subscription payments taken out of my account, so that’s not a problem.
    No proxies or VPNs are being used.
    Its CC not prepaid card
    The flag country during checkout is Australia

    Are your payment systems are working properly?

    I have read on the forum users report the same problems also.

    Could you please confirm which country you are in when purchasing Rank Math?

    Also, please share the last 4 digits of your card and the first & last name you used to purchase so we can look it up in your system.
