I get this problem when I try to access Rank Mark SEO. Just now I couldn’t log in my website anymore. Please help me. Thank you.

This error appears when you have skipped some Rank Math updates.
You can delete the
rank_math_versionrow in yourwp_optionstable using phpMyAdmin or ask your web host to do that.Alternatively, you can edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

If you’re still unable to login into your WordPress dashboard, please deactivate Rank Math temporarily by renaming the seo-by-rank-math folder in your website’s root directory –
/wp-content/plugins/No worries, all your configuration will not be affected by deactivating/reactivating Rank Math temporarily. They are saved in your database so it should be fine.
If you’re not sure how to do these steps, please also add your WordPress and FTP credentials in the designated Sensitive Data section
