We checked and the credits are already added to your account but no website is connected to the account. In order to use the credits, the website should be connected to the same Rank Math account.
Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account (with the email address sa***@en*****ch.com) and see if that updates the credits on the website.

Humm… I did that. It seems to have connected better.. the Site is now in my account dashboard here. Still no credits showing on my website. maybe I will leave it a little to sync?
