    Dear RankMath,

I have been facing many issues with your Canonical URL as it does not show on duplicated pages.

We have created product pages on our website:

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Rank math only adds canonical URLs (automatically) to pages set to index. Your paginated pages are set to noindex that is why no canonical URL is not added. If you wish to change this, please head over to Rank math > Titles & Meta > Misc and disable the option to noindex paginated pages.

Rank math is also adding the Software Application to your pages. The article schema is likely from one of the plugins or the theme you are using. Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Please let us know if you find the culprit.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Looking forward to helping you.

Perfect, you just solved my headache doctor!!! :))

I will go through the health check. Thanks AGAIN!

    Hello,

We are glad this was helpful.

Let us know if the issue is resolved or if you have any further questions.

    Thank you

I would like to also ask about the search result noindex. I have Noindex Search Results turn off but still, it is showing me that those pages are noindex.

Please how can I fix it?

    Hello,

I tried checking the URLs in the screenshot you shared but I keep getting DNS points to prohibited IP when trying to access your site.

Please check this and let us know so we can look into this further.

    Hi Michael,

The issue with DNS points to prohibited IP is fixed. We still have a problem with the search result noindex. I have Noindex Search Results turn off but still, it is showing me that those pages are noindex.

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
