I have been setting up the SEO for certain pages on my website, and I received this order these two errors while setting it up “You are not using rich media like images or videos.” even though I have images on the page. Also, I received this warning on the SEO “Add an image with your Focus Keyword as alt text” (not satisfied – red) even though the image available on the website has exactly the Focus keyword as an Alt text. (Attached below)

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
