Content analysis not working for some text fields in Custom Post Types (CPT)

    Good evening,

I’m trying to resolve an issue whereby Rank Math content analysis isn’t some of the Custom Post Type text fields into account when calculating the score (i.e whilst the content is 100 words long, I get the pickup “Content is 14 words long. Consider using at least 600 words.”

I believe the issue is that it’s only analysing the first CPT text field?

The CPTs were generated using Crocoblock’s Jet Engine – I’ve left an example CPT in the sensitive data area to this ticket.

For information, I’ve tried using the Database Tools within Rank Math and have been unable to resolve this issue.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Best,
    Jack

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

By default, Rank Math may not be able to read that so you need to include that field in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post Types > Custom Fields:

    custom field.

If that doesn’t work, you would need to apply our Content Analysis API so the data from the field Jet Engine is generated is recognized.

Please refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.
