Content AI vs. RankMath SEO - Support

I bought your content AI package, and attempted to use it on a blog post for which I rank highly on Google. Content AI gave me all kinds of examples and suggestions MUCH different than what I had. Then I switched over to Rank Math SEO’s suggestion and it basically told me the opposite – much more like what I had in the first place. I undid all the Content AI suggestions. Why in the world would I want to pay for Content AI?? Why are they conflicting like that?

I tried to ask on your chatbot and it suggested that I join your FB group and ask. So, I joined, asked, and my question was deleted. Now I’ve wasted 2 days because nobody acted on the FB post for a while. Very frustrating.

I know Content AI, and even SEO, are “merely suggestions” but literally your two products contradict each other. I don’t see value in that. Please help me understand, or give me my money back.

I was also sold on the idea that using the same keyword would not be counted against me. Like, if I research the keywords “dollar general penny list” on one post, I should be able to use it on others without having to “pay” more credits. Yet, that didn’t work! It charged me twice.
