Content AI – unable to download the plugin

    I have bought the 50 credits of Content AI (order no: RANKMATH220323-9938-50135
    ) ， but I do not how I can renew the credit in WordPress. That means I was unable to download the plugin. The one I can download in RankMath dashboard is 1.0.48 version free download, is that I should download and install in wordpress which has installed the RankMath 1.0.48 ?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    The one you purchased is the AI credits alone. If you expect to download the PRO version of the plugin, you would need to purchase it as the AI credits you just bought is a separate purchase.

    If the Content AI credits aren’t working on your website, please go to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again with your Rank Math account.

    Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    refresh
