The other issue is that in the portal for my account, it shows that the website has the PRO edition of Rankmath but the invoice when we bought that doesn’t show up in the portal.
Our domain is http://www.btigroup.com. We purchased the PRO license but this doesn’t show up in the invoices section and the software shows we have zero subscriptions at this time. However, that’s not the case and when you look at the website it shows there’s a PRO license on it. Perhaps this account misconfiguration is keeping us from being able to purchase the Content AI subscription.
