Content AI subscription not active?

    I have a content AI subscription, but when I edit my post, go to the rankmath widget on the right bar and select research, it’s telling me I need a content AI subscription.

    I don’t see anywhere to link/unlink my existing subscription either

    Hello,

    Thank you for getting in touch and we are sorry to hear about the issue you are facing.

    We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.

    Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
