    Hello, I wanted to cancel my content AI subscription but I couldn’t figure out how. I’ve been trying all week but it’s only giving me the choice to upgrade the subscription not cancel. And it renewed today, and I couldn’t figure it out on time and was wondering if you could cancel the subscription for me. I really enjoyed using it, and definitely would subscribe again for it. I just can’t really afford it right now but it already renewed and charged me, so I guess it’s too late, but are you able to cancel it for me. I’ve gone to my subscriptions 20 times and can’t find the cancel button anywhere? Thank you so much for your time

    The renewal is for your Content AI purchased on January 27, 2024.

    We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that?
     
    If you received it, then sorry to disappoint you, but our refund policy does not extend to renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

    Yes I did receive the email. That’s why I had been trying to cancel my subscription for the past week once I received the email. I’ve looked a the cancelation guide several times, but my screen is not showing what’s showing on the guide. I’m assuming you need to access via a desktop or laptop to cancel which is why I couldn’t get it to work. Since I only have my phone at the moment. As soon as I have access to a computer I will see if I can cancel it.
