Content AI subnot working

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI subscription. It seems that there might be a couple of reasons why you are encountering this message.

1. Content AI Subscription is Not Active: Please ensure that your subscription is active. You can check this by going to the Content AI plans page to verify your subscription status.

   

2. Website is Not Connected to Rank Math: If you see a message saying, "Start using Content AI by connecting your RankMath.com Account," it indicates that your website may not be properly connected to your Rank Math account. To resolve this, click the Connect Now button in the prompt.

   

If you have checked both of these and are still experiencing issues, please refresh your credits by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once you have done this, try using Content AI again, and it should work without any issues.

We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.

Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
