Hi there, I received the refund for Rank Math SEO but not the additional 2500 Content AI credits I purchased and did not use.
There were 2 orders;
Order Reference RANKMATH240627-9557-45121 which has been refunded and
Order Reference RANKMATH240627-9973-77121 for the added credits, which was not refunded and was hoping to get back.
In terms of feedback, the plugin seems great; however, I found the AI WooCommerce features to be a bit of a headache to use. It would be nice to have the AI as an embedded auto-fill option/button for all WooCommerce fields, such as product title, short and long description, and SEO meta.
Other than that, it’s honestly just a financial strain at the moment.

Sorry about that. We have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
