Regarding the PRO subscription, please note that the only way to purchase a valid license is from our website, and purchases from any other place are not valid, hence we don’t offer support for those.
As for the credits, since your account is a Free account you would need to deactivate the PRO plugin and reconnect using only the Free account to enjoy the credits you purchased from our website.

Your AI feature is allowed to be used under Rankmath’s free license. As a result of GPL licenses, I am not required to purchase anything. As a result of (OpenSource), people are free to do whatever they wish. In other words, if the website sells you a plugin at a reduced price, it does not necessarily imply that it is illegal. In my opinion, what you are doing right now is not legal, as you are not allowing me to use the AI content. Please refund my money.
The AI content and Rankmath plugin will not be used by me, so I would like to request a refund.
There are many good plugin company’s that offer a good attitude and service for the users.

We can check that you have already used 17 credits on your site so we will not be able to refund your purchase.
And without connecting a PRO account, most of the features will not work properly if you have installed the PRO plugin. That’s why my colleague asked you to disable it if you want to fetch the credits from your account to your site and use them.
