Content AI Plan Activation/Usage Issue

    Hi,

    I just purchased the Content Ai starter plan. In WP under RankMath > General Settings > Content AI I can make changes and save it.

    However, under RankMath > ContentAI I get this messagge:

    Clearly my Ai subscription is active and the payment went through successfully. Not sure why I’m seeing this message. I can’t seem to use the AI feature. Please fix this right away of refund my payment. Thanks!

    We can see the Content AI Starter subscription on your account. In this case, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

    Once done, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    I followed your instructions and that didn’t work. Disconnected and connected again with no luck.

    Have you also tried refreshing the credits by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI, then scroll down and click the Refresh icon as shown below:

    However, if you have tried this and the issue persists, we need to take a closer look at the settings on the websites. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
