When I select Rank Math SEO / Content AI, a popup appears saying “Supercharge Your Content With AI”.
However, I already have an active Content AI Subscription. The account is connected to the website boonused.org – it shows as “Connected”.Deactivating the plugin didn’t help. All plugins are up to date.
Toggling Content AI on/off in the Dashboard doesn’t make a difference either.At one point, I chose “disconnect” on the Rank Math website because I was testing a potential loop issue on the site. But now, after reconnecting, I no longer have access to Content AI features.
Selecting disconnect and then reconnecting doesn’t fix the issue – the problem persists.When I go to Rank Math / General Settings / Content AI, it shows “0 credits left this month” at the bottom of the page, and when I click refresh, it throws a popup saying “Could not generate. Please try again later.”

The issue here is that your website has the Rank Math PRO plugin installed while your account doesn’t have the Rank Math PRO subscription. Please remove your Rank Math PRO plugin from your website and reconnect your Rank Math account in your WP Dashboard → Rank Math → Dashboard → Help.

Please reconnect your website to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
If not, an error message should show up upon clicking the refresh icon or button. Please share that error message here.
