    Dear Support,

    I have content AI credit of 750 and have not used any but on my website it says i dont have active subscriptions. Kindly advise.

    I need to activate Rankmath pro for two months only i test the features and see if its fulfill my requirement. Kindly let me know if you can provide it for two months.

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are facing with your Content AI credits. If you have 750 credits but are seeing a message that you don’t have an active subscription, it might be due to a connectivity issue or a need to refresh the credits.

    To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Head over to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI.
    2. Refresh the credits from there.

    If after refreshing the credits the issue persists, you may need to reconnect your Rank Math account. You can do this by following the steps outlined in this guide: How to Restore Missing Content AI Credits.

    Regarding activating Rank Math Pro for a trial period of two months, we currently do not offer monthly plans for Content AI. It is only available as an annual subscription with monthly credits based on your plan. You can check our available plans on the Content AI page.

    The feature of free Content AI credit is limited to AI generation using AI tools and AI generation inside the editor.

    Content AI Research, Editing Bulk SEO Meta, and Multiple Sessions in RankBot will not work for users without a separate plan.
