For initial troubleshooting, could you please reconnect your website to your Rank Math account? Head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your website to your Rank Math account.
Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again.

Your account only has the Free subscription and the website was still connected to your account as being with a PRO subscription that you currently don’t hold anymore.
We reconnected your website as Free and the Content AI is now working as intended.
