We can see the Content AI Starter subscription on your account. In this case, if you’re not able to see the credits on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

the rank math account is via a developers license from an agency. So is there a way to connect these two accounts?

At the moment, you can’t use the Content AI from a different Rank Math.
However, we can transfer your Content AI subscription to this agency account you mentioned and use the Content AI credits from there.
