Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.


Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
If not, an error message should show up upon clicking the refresh icon or button. Please share that error message here.

I’ve tried reconnecting the account and refreshing the credits, but the error message still appears:

We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.
Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
Please let us know if the issue has been fixed for your website.
