    Hello, currently on a free plan and the content Ai credits have not been updating – I was under the impression that there would be a certain amount of credits free each month. When I click on the setting to refresh a message pops up ‘The response is not a valid JSON response. Can this be fixed? Do a small amount of credits not exist on a free plan anymore? Thanks!

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Content AI credits. Currently, on a free plan, you do not receive monthly credits for Content AI. The free credits are typically available only for new paid subscribers of our plugin (PRO, Business & Agency), who receive a one-time allocation of credits.

    Regarding the error message you are encountering when trying to refresh your credits, it seems like there might be a technical issue. We recommend replying to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent from the Rank Math Support team can assist you further with this problem.

    Rank Math offers 750 free Content AI credits every month. After checking your account, we can see you’ve free available credits.

    Regarding the JSON error, we have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now, you should see it disconnected from your account.

    Please reconnect it from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
