Hey guys, I have rankmath pro and just 10 minutes ago I bought the content AI for beginners.
And now I want to imrpove my texts, but it still says I need to charge the content AI.
Pls help me because I charged the 7500 credits but in my rankmath backend it says I just have 593 currently,

To resolve the issue, please ensure that you are logged into the correct Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. You can check your remaining credits by navigating to Rank Math > Account > Website or by visiting this link.
If the credit count shows correctly in your account but not in your website, please follow these steps:
- Go to your WordPress admin area.
- Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.

After reconnecting, refresh the Content AI credits in your dashboard to ensure it requests the updated credits from our server. You can do this by going to your Content AI section and refreshing the credits count.

It seems like the PRO subscription of your website is coming from another person who is offering the PRO plugin as part of a deal so to use the Content AI credits those would need to be on the same account that the PRO subscription.
The other option would be to deactivate the PRO subscription on the account to use the credits associated with this account.
So, if you want to continue using the PRO subscription along with the purchased credits on this account you need to purchase it from this account as well.
If you want a refund of Content AI please let us know and we’ll do the needful.

As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
