    We apologize for the issue you are facing with Content AI not being available. It seems like you might be experiencing some difficulties accessing the features.

    To clarify, Content AI is available for users who upgrade to a Rank Math PRO plan or subscribe to a Content AI plan. It is not included in the free version. If you are using the Classic Editor, you can still access Content AI through a Content AI Metabox.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ and check if you can see the correct Content AI credits.

    If the credit count is correct on your account but not on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

    After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
