We apologize for the issue you are facing with Content AI. If the Content AI section is blurred out, it could be due to a couple of reasons:

Content AI Subscription is Not Active: Ensure that your subscription is active. You may see a message indicating that you need an active subscription plan. If this is the case, please check your subscription status and ensure it is active.

Website is Not Connected to Rank Math: You might also need to connect your Rank Math account. Look for a message that says, "Start using Content AI by connecting your RankMath.com Account." If you see this message, click the Connect Now button to log into your Rank Math account.
If you’ve confirmed that your subscription is active and your website is connected but still face issues, please refresh your Content AI credits by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Can you please share the error you’re getting when you refresh your credits from the bottom of Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI. You can share screenshots with us by uploading them to an image hosting site like Imgur, and then sharing the generated URL with us here.
