    We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Content AI feature. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Refresh Your Credits: Sometimes, you may need to refresh your Content AI credits. You can do this by going to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refreshing the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    2. Check Your Subscription: Ensure that you have an active Content AI subscription. If you see messages indicating that you need a subscription, you can select a plan here.

    3. Connection Issues: Make sure your website is connected to your Rank Math account. If prompted, click on the Connect Now button to log in to your Rank Math account.

    4. Credits Limit: If you have reached your Content AI credits limit for your domain, you will need to increase it. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account and adjusting the limits in the Connected Websites section.
