Content AI Does Not work

We apologize for the issue you are facing with Content AI. The error message you are seeing could be due to several reasons. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Refresh Your Credits: Sometimes, refreshing your credits can resolve issues. Please go to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

2. Check Your Credit Limit: If you have reached your Content AI credits limit for your domain, you will need to allocate more credits. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account and going to the Connected Websites section. From there, select the affected site and increase the Content AI credits assigned to it.
   
   

3. Ensure Your Website is Connected: Make sure that your website is properly connected to your Rank Math account. You can check this in the Rank Math settings.

4. Update Rank Math: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math. An outdated version may cause compatibility issues.

5. Modify Your Prompt: If Content AI is unable to generate content, it might be due to the prompt being flagged as unsafe. Try modifying your prompt to ensure it doesn’t contain any unsafe words.

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.

Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.

We can see that the free credits are already exhausted and will refresh on February 28, 2025

Please note that the feature of free Content AI credit is limited to AI generation using AI tools and AI generation inside the editor.

Content AI Research, Editing Bulk SEO Meta, and Multiple Sessions in RankBot will not work for users without a separate plan.
