Content AI does not show in the WordPress backend

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We checked your website and found that the Content AI was disabled from the Role Manager. However, we’ve enabled this for the Administrator role and now it is showing on your dashboard:

    However, we can see you’re currently using the Rank Math Agency subscription on your website, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it.

    Hello & thank you very much for your help.
    I opened the ticket with my free account, as our client (new-energy-light-solutions.com) has no RankMath Support Account.
    But I can tell you the Fastspring order number:
