Content AI Credits shows zero balance after resetting monthly allowance

    Today I reset my monthly Content AI credit allowance, as I was receiving email notifications that my balance was exhausted, even though there was several thousand credits remaining.

    I was disappointed to find that resetting the monthly credits allowance meant the several thousand remaining were lost.

    However, after beginning to generate meta descriptions with the refreshed 55k credits, I started to encounter some issues and now see the balance is showing as ‘0’ (zero) – when there should be approx. 50k credits remaining.

    I’d appreciate if you could investigate the issue ASAP so I can resume using the remaining credits as required. I would also like to be reimbursed the credits that appear to have been lost when I reset the monthly credits.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI Credits. It seems there may be a mismatch or an update issue with your credits. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this:

    1. Log in to the Correct Account: Ensure that you are logged into the account that you used to purchase your Content AI credits.

    2. Check Remaining Credits: Visit your Rank Math account page here to verify if the correct remaining credits are displayed.

    3. Reconnect Your Account: If the credit count is correct on your account page but not on your website, go to your WordPress admin area, navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    4. Refresh Credits: After reconnecting, head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again to request the updated credits from our server.

    Hi, the balance is no longer showing 0 (zero), but instead shows “7702 / 55000”, when the remaining credits should be around 50k.

    Please investigate and correct the credit balance ASAP.
