Content AI credits not updated yet, I have purchased but still ‘0 Credits’

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please go to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again with your Rank Math account.

    Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    refresh

    Can you please head over to your rankmath.com Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/?

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credits are correct in your rankmath.com account but still 0 in your WordPress Dashboard, we might need to further check the issue on your website. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
