Content AI Credits Not Syncing Between Dashboard and RankMath.com Profile

    Hello Rank Math Support Team,

    I’m trying to use the free Content AI credits on my website, but I’m encountering an issue. On the General Settings -> Content AI screen, I see the following message:

    “Quedan 0 créditos este mes. Los créditos se renovarán el [date] o puedes actualizar para obtener más créditos aquí.”

    However, when I log in to my profile on RankMath.com, I can see that I still have available credits. The credits are not syncing, even though I’ve clicked the refresh arrow next to the “Quedan 0 créditos” message.

    To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Ensure you are logged into the correct account: Make sure you are logged into the Rank Math account that you used to purchase your Content AI credits.

    2. Check your credits on Rank Math: Visit your Rank Math account area at this link to confirm that your credits are indeed available there.

    3. Disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account: Go to your WordPress admin area, navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and disconnect your Rank Math account. After that, reconnect it. Here are the steps visually:

    4. Refresh your Content AI credits again: After reconnecting, go back to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and click the refresh icon again to update the credits count.

    If the issue persists, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
