- Make sure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase Content AI credits.
- Visit the Rank Math Account page by going to Rank Math > Account > Website or directly access this URL: Rank Math Account
- Check if the remaining credits displayed there are correct. Here is a screenshot for reference:

If the credit count is correct on your Rank Math account but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by following these steps:
- Go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
- Click on “Disconnect” and then “Reconnect”
- After reconnecting, go to Content AI and refresh the credits again. Here is a screenshot showing how to refresh the credits:

Regarding the message about keeping only one SEO plugin active, even after uninstalling Yoast SEO, this could be due to residual settings or conflicts. To troubleshoot this further, please ensure that all Yoast SEO files are completely removed from your WordPress installation.

I have followed all the steps. The website shows the credits and the correct account, I disconnected and reconnected on the website, but it has not resolved the problem.
I even deactivated and reactivated the plugin.

We have fixed the issue for your site. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account.
After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI, and it should work without any issues.
