Dear Rankmath team,
I have a problem with the monthly renewal of the free Content AI credits for my website. Since January the credits do not renew anymore. I have already tried to disconnect and reconnect my account to the website but it didn’t help. In the account it always says that I have used 827/750 credits and in the website plugin-area of Rankmath that “account_free_limit_reached”. See screenshot-link in the sensitive data area.
I hope you can help me as I would like to learn more about the use of your content AI features!

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the renewal of your Content AI credits. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
It seems that you may have reached the credit limit for your domain, which is why you are seeing the message "account_free_limit_reached." To resolve this, you can allocate more credits to your site by following these steps:
- Log in to your Rank Math account and go to the Connected Websites section.
- Find the affected site and click on CHANGE LIMIT in the Content AI Credits settings.
- Increase the Content AI credits assigned to the site and click Save.
After increasing the credits, please refresh your Content AI credits in your WordPress dashboard by going to Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and clicking on refresh.
