Since your account shows that you have 7500 monthly credits, but they are not reflecting on your website, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

Check Your Account: Ensure you are logged into the correct Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Content AI plan. You can verify your credits by visiting your Rank Math account area.

Reconnect Your Account: In your WordPress admin area, navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account. This can help sync your credits.

Refresh Content AI Credits: After reconnecting, go back to your Content AI settings in WordPress and refresh the credits count again. This will request the updated credits from our server.

If you have followed these steps and the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

I followed these steps, but nothing is changed. Still zero.
On step 3, I clicked refresh icon, chrome showed a error dialog with “返答が正しいレスポンスではありません”, this means “invalid json response”. Credits was showing as zero.

We have gone ahead and fixed this from our end.
Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.


Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

I tried once again, it was resolved.
