Content AI credits are not being allocated to connected sites

    I have taken the steps to connect the sites to enable the websites to use my Content AI subscription.

    There is no allocation area on the sites connected. Also, in the Settings of the website, we get an error when trying to refresh to get the credits on the site.

    The error comes back with- Could not generate. Please try again later.

    Please help us get this setup so we can begin using our Content AI subscription.

    If you are logged in correctly and still facing issues, please try the following steps:

    1. Disconnect and Reconnect Your Account:

      • Go to your WordPress admin area.
      • Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
      • Disconnect your Rank Math account and then reconnect it.

    2. Refresh Content AI Credits:

      • After reconnecting, go to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI in your WordPress dashboard.
      • Click on the refresh icon to update your credits.

    If you continue to receive the error message "Could not generate. Please try again later," it may indicate that the prompt you are using is being flagged as unsafe. Try modifying your prompt to ensure it does not contain any unsafe words or intentions.

    How many times do I need to try this to get it connected? I’ve tried many times now.

    Hello,

    It looks like you are using a pirated version of Rank Math PRO. That is why you are unable to use Content AI. Please either purchase Rank Math PRO or install the PRO version to start using Content AI.

    It is not a pirated version. It is GPLvault. We paid for the subscription to it.

    Hello,

    We don’t support those versions of the plugin and you cannot use them with the subscriptions for Content AI.

    If you want to use the credits you need to either deactivate it or purchase a valid subscription from our website.
