Content AI Credits are at -368 even after waiting more than a month

    Dear all, I’ve waited for more than a month to see my credits return to normal, but they are still at -368. Previously, it was January, and I was told to wait until the 28th of February 2025 to see my credits renew. I have waited, but I still can’t see them. I tried refreshing the icon, but nothing happened. I was informed to wait until the end of March 2025 to see them renewed. Could you please help me resolve this issue? I will wait for further updates from you. Thank you.

    Hello,

    We reset the credits on the account, so you have access to the 750 credits included with every subscription.

    If they don’t show on your website, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Content AI and click the little circling arrow to update the credit count.

    Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. After going to Rank Math –> General Settings –> Content AI, I tried reloading by clicking the little circle icon. However, it tells me that “account_free_limit_reached,” which is strange because I paid for Rank Math Pro this past January. Here is the link to the image it shows me: “https://imgur.com/a/to4llCv”.

    Hello,

    We have manually disconnected the website from our end. Now, please try to reconnect your website with your Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and then click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple Rank Math licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.

    Also, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Rank Math plugin.

    The feature of free Content AI credit is limited to AI generation using AI tools and AI generation inside the editor.

    Content AI Research, Editing Bulk SEO Meta, and Multiple Sessions in RankBot will not work for users without a separate plan.
