    Dear Rank Math Support,

    Do you know where my content AI credits are? I have not used them.

    I do not remember which email I used: m*****@r********************** or m*************@g********

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI credits. To check your credits, please ensure you are logged into the correct account associated with your Content AI subscription. You can verify your credits by visiting the Rank Math account area.

    If you find that your credits are correct in your account but not showing on your website, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress admin area.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    3. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.
    4. After reconnecting, head over to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits count.

    • Refresh Credits: Refresh Credits

    Hi Ike,

    Thank you for the timely response.

    First of all, I did not pay for a Content Ai subscription. These credits were given to me for Rank Math SEO.

    Second of all, I am seeing 750 credits on my account. However, I can’t used them until a March 28th reset.

    Finally, I am closing this matter.
