    Hi,
    I just signed up with Rank Math and I found out that my Content AI credit is 0. I thought I will get 750 credit for me to try?

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI credits. When you sign up for Rank Math, the credits you receive depend on the plan you have chosen. For new paid subscribers, you will receive a one-time allocation of credits based on your subscription level:

    • PRO users receive 2000 credits.
    • Business users receive 5000 credits.
    • Agency users receive 10000 credits.

    If you are seeing 0 credits, it might be due to not having an active Content AI subscription or an issue with your account setup. Please ensure that your subscription is active and check the Rank Math account area to verify your credits.

    If everything seems correct and you still have no credits, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    Please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ and check if you can see the correct Content AI credits.

    If the credit count is correct on your account but not on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

    After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
