    Hi, I purchased a content AI Plan last night but the credits are not showing up in Rank Math on wordpress. Any idea why?

    I followed all the steps above and after refreshing credits I get error message “The response is not a valid JSON response” with no update.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.

    Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
