    Hello, I’ve been unable to use Content AI for a few months now.

    Initially, the Content AI credits were stuck at ‘-14’ for months (since April).

    I thought that every month there were 750 free credits, but the number of credits has never been reset.

    Yesterday, following the advice I could find on the internet, I logged out of my account, then logged back in.

    Now I don’t even have access to content AI, I just have some sort of popup on the plugin with ‘🚀 Supercharge Your Content With AI
    To access this Content AI feature, you need to have an active subscription plan.’

    What can I do please?

    2. Refresh Content AI Credits: If your subscription is active, navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Content AI in your website and refresh the Content AI credits.

    3. Reconnect Your Account: If the credits still do not appear, try reconnecting your account as shown in this guide.

    4. Contact Support: If none of these steps resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    Please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ and check if you can see the correct Content AI credits.

    If the credit count is correct on your account but not on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

    After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Hi Rakibuzzaman, thank you very much for your reply. I’ve already carried out these tasks many times over the last few months (login in / login out / refresh etc etc) but here’s what I get in detail:

    This is what I have on https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Content AI credits: 559 / 750 (and not 750 when I haven’t been able to use it for months)
    Monthly Credits: 750
    Used Credits: 559
    Credits Reset On: 19 Aug 2024

    When I refresh on WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI, I have 0, I get an ‘account_free_limit_reached’ popup and the counter stays at zero.
