    Hi,
    I just joined rank math and planning to buy content AI subscription and pro. I wanted to test with elementor and edit a new page but I seem to not having a luck. I did watch the video as well but its giving me error.

    Do you guys offer a demo and look into this with me on a call?

    To use Content AI with Elementor, ensure that you have an active Content AI subscription and that the Content AI module is enabled in your Rank Math settings. If you are encountering errors, it might be helpful to refresh your credits. You can do this by going to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refreshing the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    If you continue to experience issues after refreshing the credits, please reply to this ticket with any specific error messages you are seeing, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, our scope of support does not extend to chats, phone calls, or remote applications like AnyDesk or Zoom apps.

    Please note that the free credits, you have can only be used for the Content AI tools, but not for Content AI research.

    Hello,

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Content AI and click the little circling arrow near the credit count to refresh the credits..

    Here’s a screenshot for reference:
