    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please go to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again with your Rank Math account.

    Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    refresh

    No I’ve tried that but it’s still not showing any credits.

    I tried refreshing the credits and it is still showing 0. The account seems also properly connected.

    Can you please head over to your rankmath.com Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/?

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    I’ve just rolled back the plugin to the previous version and now it’s working.
