    I am aware that I can receive free credits monthly, but the problem is that I cannot access my content AI. Even though I reinstalled it and followed all the directions, I still cannot access it. I would like to try it before I upgrade.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with accessing Content AI. It sounds frustrating, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

    To resolve this, please ensure that you refresh your Content AI credits. You can do this by navigating to your WordPress Dashboard and going to Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    If you have already done this and are still experiencing issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    Please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ and check if you can see the correct Content AI credits.

    If the credit count is correct on your account but not on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

    After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
