  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

We really look forward to helping you.

I have already used the troubleshooting plugin and switched to default theme to no avail.

I do all my own security via wp-config and .htaccess, even if I gave you the login url RM Support would not be able to login without myself modifying both files.

I take it that this error is much like the “Scheduled Actions” issue? If it only effects a few users? RM is not too concerned to come up with a sufficient fix?

    Respectfully frustrated.

Just logged in and now also finding the following when trying to Remove Rank math Transients and Re-Create Tables…

No route was found matching the URL and request method.

    Hello,

Please check if PHP values are not too low to handle the processes.

You can check that by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server

If the values are low, please contact your web host and ask them to set the following values:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

If the issue persists, please share the recent server error logs so we can further determine what’s causing this issue.

Looking forward to helping you on this one.
