Please make sure that the flag during checkout is showing the correct country at the top right corner.
If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.
You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.

I just checked it again it shows an American flag and in English also I looked closer and saw United States 🇺🇸 was checked.

Which method of payment are you using?
When using a Credit card, it’s important to ensure that the card supports international payments in US dollars ($) and subscription-based payments. Additionally, please make sure that the ZIP code you are entering matches the one associated with your card.
If you try subscribing using a PayPal account that is not from the US, it will trigger a security flag in our payment provider – FastSpring. The country you are currently in and the country of the PayPal account need to match for the payment to go through.
We still recommend contacting your bank to understand why the payment is being blocked and request them to approve it from their end if this issue persists.
